1. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

All products sold by Morrow Hemp Co. are hemp-derived and contain less than 0.3% Δ9 THC on a dry-weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Federal Farm Bill and Texas state law.

It is your responsibility to know your local laws regarding hemp, THCa, Delta-8, Delta-9, or other cannabinoids.

We do not ship to states, counties, or jurisdictions where hemp or THCa flower is restricted or illegal.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 21 years or older to purchase or use this site.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21.

3. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Hemp/THCa products may cause intoxication when heated or decarboxylated.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Consult a doctor before using hemp products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications.

Use responsibly.

4. DRUG TESTING WARNING

Hemp products may cause a positive drug test for THC.

Morrow Hemp Co. is not responsible for failed drug tests.

5. LAB TESTING (COAs)

Every batch is third-party tested.

COAs are provided upon request and/or posted on the website.

You acknowledge that natural variations occur between harvests.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship within the United States and only to legal locations.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or law enforcement inspections.

Packages seized due to local laws are not eligible for refund.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because hemp is a consumable agricultural product, all sales are final unless:

• the wrong item was received,
• the product arrived damaged, or
• an order was shipped incorrectly due to our error.

Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

8. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• resell products into jurisdictions where hemp/THCa is illegal,
• use products for unlawful purposes,
• provide false information during checkout.

9. WEBSITE CONTENT

All content (photos, text, logos, product descriptions) is owned by Morrow Hemp Co.

Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By using this site, you agree Morrow Hemp Co. is not liable for:

• misuse of products,
• adverse effects,
• legal issues caused by your local laws,
• lost/delayed/seized shipments,
• or failed drug tests.
